Just an update. The bookshop at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve
is no longer there. I understand that they had lost the bid to another company
selling camping equipment. I have yet to visit the place to
confirm.
The same bookshop, Nature's Niche, has a bigger shop in the
Botanical Gardens' Visitor Centre. You could get more tips on bird watching from
the owner/partner - Ms Ng Bee Choo, and Morten Strange, the Marketing Manager.
Morten has publish a couple of bird books. He is a photographer.
