Please note the email address I posted in response to Alan's earlier message had a typo in it. It is those interested can also access the AWSG web site www.tasweb.com.au/awsg/index.htm please send in your leg flag sightings. A Red-necked Stint with orange leg flag was at Penrhyn Inlet, Botany Bay yesterday (Friday).
 
Anyone interested in taking part in a wader survey being undertaken by the NSW Wader Study Group please contact Phil Straw The project will be aiming at looking at over 100 sites along the NSW coast. A good chance to brush up on your wader ID skills with waderologists in the field.
