Mainly Warringah Council I presume, possibly also Pittwater who border the
lagoon from Deep Creek east to the entrance.

Well they have done "jigger all" I was down there yesterday and counted
about 50 farm duck/ Mallard mix-ups near the boat ramp at the east end of
the lagoon. Probably more elsewhere around the lagoon.

Penny Drake-Brockman is right, if the councils did the deed without fanfare
the bleeding hearts would be none the wiser.
