Several additional sightings of a Yellow Wagtail on Ash Island (Newcastle) were reported at last night's meeting of the Hunter Bird Observers Club.   It seems that the bird is being seen regularly but only in the afternoons, at or around the "usual" location on Wagtail Rd (it's an unofficial but widely used name!).  Just where the bird is spending the rest of each day is not known.
