Yellow Wagtail s a regular migrant to Newcastle NSW?

With regards to some rarities that may prove in time to be more regular
migrants, the years that these birds may not be seen, may be because they
are just in the place next door and missed. I remember the first time I saw
the Yellow Wagtail at Newcastle, was that it was in a different place
(Sandgate) than where it was seen more frequently at Ash Island over the
last few years.
