Morcombe field guide (again)

On page 432 of his guide Michael Morcombe has foreshadowed a web page that

"...will update and extend this guide..."

 

So, it would appear he would welcome advice of any errors before the next edition.

 

For your interest Andrew Taylor maintains a web page that lists errors for  Pizzey & Knight at

Has anybody done anything similar for Slater or Simpson & Day ?
