G'day all

I stopped in the Havelock State Forest briefly on 27th Feb. This is a
box-ironbark forest a few km north(?) of Maryborough in central Victoria. It is
my "seldom miss" location for Diamond Firetails and I usually check it out if
passing. I managed to see a Firetail before getting out of the car. The
highlight here however were two calling Crested Bellbirds. I didn't manage to
see them but there were definitely two. I've never heard or seen CB's here
before. Can someone please comment on the range of CB's in central Victoria?
I'm quite familiar with the call by the way.

Cheers

Steve
