Hi David,

Thanks for the note and yes it is worth considering.  We, several of us, 
also saw a very pale raptor, virtually white underneath and almost 
Kestrel coloured above; it was a long way away but we thought that it was 
probably a Brown Falcon.  

We didn't see the Grey pair and the Brown at the same time but those who 
did see the Greys were fairly sure they were grey above and the wing tips 
were very dark.  They were also heard by an experienced birder with good 
ears who believed the call was not a Brown or any other raptor call that 
she knows.  Unfortunately no-one noted leg or beak colour.

As I said though, we are not claiming a definite identification.
