Thank you Phil, you rose to my usage of "cosy" in exactly the right way.
You plugged in the gap about this misconcept that I purposely left out.
You're right, having just left the education system I'm very aware of how
many govt workers of whatever ilk are having to forgo their best conscience
and suck up to the system, via their boss, just in order to survive in the
job.
Probably the main reason I quit.
