On Sunday (6/9/998), Pat McConnell and John Dearnaley saw a Brahminy Kite at Lake Apex, gatton. This unusual inland record is the first for this area to the best of my knowledge. Gatton is about 100 km west of Brisbane. I've seen them no further inland than Ipswich, along the Bremer River. I'm interested to know how far inland they have they been seen elsewhere in Australia? Thanks Michael Atzeni |
