Morning all

I too doubt the existence of Atherton Scrubwrens.  I spent about a week in
the rainforest up there in 1993 and closely examined all small brown
birds.  If this bird exists I must have seen one but I couldn't manage to
convince myself.  The same goes for Mountain Thornbills.

Other birds which I don't believe exist are Lewin's Rail, Spotless Crake,
Painted Snipe, Burke's Parrot and most of the quail and button-quail. 
I've been in the right places for these in the past without a sighting.
