For information, the University of Wales, Bangor, offers a 1 year full time Masters Degree Programme in Marine Mammal Science. The course consists of taught modules and an independent research project. The taught modules are: Biology & Physiology Bioacoustics Behavioural Ecology Oceanography & Remote Sensing Survey Techniques Conservation Biology & Genetics Anthropogenic Impacts Strandings & Pathology Scientific Writing The next entry to the course is September 2003 (some places are still available), and the closing date for applications is 2 June 2003.
