I think it may be Strong-billed Honeyeater, but faded and worn, and someone has messed about with the crown feathers, whilst the yellowy bill may be a juvenile feature; the same case seemingly has Paradise Parrot too for which I have requested a photo. Everything else in it is from Australia with no signs of tampering, it’s quite intriguing.
