I’m in Gloucester NSW inland from Mid north Coast. Barrington Tops to the west
and Armidale to the north. Get a few northern species here and vagrants from
the Western slopes. Over the years this has included Regent Honeyeaters and
Black-eared Cuckoo and there’s resident populations of Red-backed Fairy-wrens
and Pale yellow robins. But I miss Gang Gang cockatoos. They don’t come north
of the Hunter valley. Can’t have everything.
