Hi Micheal

That is not what happened - you’ve misunderstood.

The council didn’t cover things up. They prosecuted.

I was asked to look at pesticide use on site and monitor pesticides on site. 
Our review was for the accused’s lawyers under legal privilege. Our results 
supported the prosecution so the lawyers  didn’t use it.
