I  received my advance copies of Birds of Paradise and Bowerbirds this week and am very pleased with how it looks, Bloomsbury have done a great job with the production and the plates look terrific, the print quality is very good which is a relief given the problems with some of the older Helm field guides. The book is now published and many people have had copies by mail.. 

My thanks to all the many birding-aus folks who helped with information or provided photos for consideration
