They appear to have arrived at Gabo Island and vicinity satisfactorily.

Does anyone have updates on this event? Have the Short-tailed Shearwaters arrived at breeding colonies in their usual numbers yet? At Griffiths Island and other colonies around the coastline?

This is extremely worrying. It is not unusual for large numbers of shearwaters to die at sea, especially when they encounter major storms. But this event seems to be something more serious.
