Dear List, Weeks ago I asked the list about some tips for Northern Queensland. We just came back from that trip and it was pretty awesome! Thanks all for your tips. We followed up on as many of them as we could, though we couldn't follow all of them. Major Highlights: Bustard, Wompoo Fruit Dove, Southern Cassowary, Buff-breasted Paradise Kingfisher, Dollarbird, Chestnut-breasted Mannakin, Little Kingfisher, Osprey, Emerald Dove, Brown Cuckoo-Dove, Victoria's Riflebird, Noisy Pitta. Total Birds: About 85 Total New Birds: About 31 Here is a blog post with over twenty pictures: http://badbirding.jpolak.org/2018/03/21/the-wet-northern-queensland/ Hope you enjoy them.
