Just want to thank you all for the identification and discussion around the
female Golden whistler - and for the suggestion to join the BMBO group in the
Blue Mountains....which I have done. I have learnt a lot!

Indeed, I also reckon parts of the Boyd Plateau probably have suitable habitat.
These are areas most birders don’t get to.
Unfortunately snow in the Blue Mountains is nowhere near as regular as it used
to be.
