Several years ago up on the Kalakoopa Creek south Simpson, I watched an
Australian Raven chase and kill a Blue Bonnet, the Ravens had young in a
nest and it appeared that the blue Bonnets were a common source of food,
going by the heaps of feathers, and Blue Bonnets in the area with no tail
feathers
