Just wanted to share
The last few days, the Spangled Drongos have turned up in my backyard near Mt
Warning Murwillumbah. I was standing in the driveway the other day and I could
hear a Pied Butcherbird call. I'm looking up between the leaves above my
driveway expecting a Butcherbird and instead I see a Spangled Drongo sitting
there, doing part of the Pied Butcherbird call followed by a Spangled Drongo
sound...
Mimicked it perfectly. Didn't realise they would do that.
I'm finding a lot of birds mimic more than I realised..

Kirri 😊
