We have just seen the Brolgas ( previously reported ) on the Gregory Development road between Clermont and Charters Towers Queensland . They are congregating around a large dam on the LHS heading North and grazing in a Sorghum paddock on the RHS . There were 500+ around the dam and surrounds ,and approx 300 + in the Sorghum on the other side of the road . Quite a sight to see so many together , we had seen them here 10 years ago and have been told that it is a regular occurrence for them to gather here every year .
