RFI Bendigo/Ballarat

Dear birders

I am driving to Bendigo 5-8 August and would much appreciate any advice
on good birding spots once over the border into Victoria - starting from
Sydney. I don't know this region at all and also it's not the best time
of year to go birding there - last week it had snow. I hope by end first
week August the temperatures might have improved a bit.

Any advice would be most gratefully received !
