My wife just showed me a photo of an eagle grabbing a drone in its talons. I think he must have been affected by it. Also about a week ago a very high speed drone was operating in the park near our place at speeds of well over 100 km/hr. I found a dying Crested Pigeon with head wounds nearby - though I cannot prove that the drone caused the injuries, I think we need to look more closely at their effect on birds before using them.
