There has certainly been a juvenile Brown Goshawk, in company with one and at times two adults, working the area above the Duck Pond and Lachlan Swamp, Centennial Park, recently. Wondering if the harassing of the flying foxes is related to hunting training? There is certainly enough to harass with the last fly out count recording over 30,000.
