Location: Lions birdhide Barrage Rd Goolwa
Spotless Crake (Porzana tabuensis) (4) Birds were observed in several areas of
the swamp but could be seen just out from the hide. Reeds in front of the hide
had been slashed and the water level had dropped leaving good areas of mud on
the margins.

Location: Gregory Street Port Elliot
Cape Barren Goose (Cereopsis novaehollandiae) (30) Birds were flying high over
Pt Elliot show ground and heading West,birds were constantly calling.

Rainbow Lorikeet (Trichoglossus haematodus) (1) First time I have seen the
conglomeration of coloured feathers under the tail of this bird. Amazing. Photo
