Collared Sparrowhawk (Accipiter cirrocephalus) (1) This little fellow is 
hanging around my garden in the hope of catching a baby chicken or two

Date: Monday, March 7, 2016

Location: Clayton Bay

Black-chinned Honeyeater (Melithreptus gularis) (5) At least 5 Black-chinned 
Honeyeaters observed in eucalypts along Island View Drive near the lookout.Have 
heard them around Clayton over the last few months,but had not had a sighting 
for quite a while.

Location: Point Sturt

Fork-tailed Swift (Apus pacificus) (10) At least 10 Swifts hawking insects over 
2015 revegetation plots at Point Sturt.They hung around for around 2 
hours,coming within a metre or so of the ground at times.
