Hi Annabel,

As Simon has said there have been birds in Vic for at least a few days (almost 
two weeks in fact). To answer your question BirdLife Australia still maintains 
the mainland sightings database for Swift Parrots and we have not received any 
reports (or become aware) of any birds in NSW or the ACT yet.
