Nice to tick a new species, but I support the authorities killing this one. I have experience of House Crows in Mozambique and South Africa and at best they are pests and at worst they impact native species negatively. Durban had a substantial population (5000 or so I think, but I would need to check) which has been all but eliminated by targeted poisoning and shooting.
