Hello. I live in Northcote Melb VIC. At dusk I hear a beautiful bird that does a terwit terwit terwoo in a high high low pattern 3 times and then sometimes at the end low low high. It only goes for a very few minutes each night just as it is dark. Can you help me identify it? I have listened to lots of YouTube clips but none sound right. The closest was the pied carrawong but that didn't sound at all like this. Thank you so much. I have only been in Aus 5 years so am not very good at all but the obvious ones Kind regards Ruth Sent from my iPhone

Birding-Aus mailing list

To change settings or unsubscribe visit:
http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org
|
