Subject: | How to describe the Pheasant Coucal's call? |

Knowing that there are some with poetic inclinations within the Birding-Aus subscriber base, I wonder if anyone has a suggestion for the following: An author friend has asked for some advice as to how to describe the "glugging water sound" of the Pheasant Coucal in a less prosaic way (and without resorting to a plethora of words). Many thanks Philip *-*-*-*-*-*-* Philip Griffin

Birding-Aus mailing list

To change settings or unsubscribe visit:
http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org
|
