Dear All,

I had planned a trip to Kakadu in a week's time to try the tough trek out to
look for WTGs. However the organisation was largely in the hands of another
birder who has unfortunately and unavoidably had to pull out.

I am not going to travel up to the NT now, but am still looking at going within
1 to 2 months. It's not something to do alone, as the walk out is several hours
and attempting to see the Grasswrens means camping overnight.

I planned this a few months ago and published it on Birding-Aus and several
people showed interest. I wouldn't expect to have a group of more than 2 or 3
though.

Could anyone who is interested please contact me and we'll see if something can
be organised.

I will also be travelling a little across the top end to try for Yellow-rumped
Mannikin, Red Goshawk and Northern Shrike-tit, so any info on these birds and
possibly company for that part of the trip would be welcome.

All the best

Tim Jones
