Hi all, Just a small correction following Dave’s comment, the new Copperback Q-T includes clarum plus south-western form fordianum, so yes everything west of the Gulf (with the possible exception of the area just across into the north-eastern Eyre Peninsula - needs further clarification). Though fordianum wasn’t sampled in the Dolman & Joseph paper there is a fairly broad and well-documented intergrade with clarum in southern WA so these must be the same species. The error in 5.2 which listed fordianum as a questionable subspecies of castanotum has already been posted as a correction for 5.3 (see Updates-Subspecies on IOC website).
