I note John's cooment on the location of Sao Tome in Indonesia, but the 
dendrogram in the article suggest both Pipits and Wagtail genera need 
significant review (either lumping other species in or much splitting) to 
reflect the genetic relationships.
The Sao Tome Shorttail was inclued in Motacillidae in the Version 5.1 of IOC, 
whilst Madanga was still includied in the revised Zosteropidae (White-eyes).
