Hi Kev,
I'm a little confused about the Western Corella. The S and D that I mostly
carry describes the exact bird (s) seen by Deb and I at Busselton. I'm
just looking at the page in the Simpson and Day now. So what is wrong with
my id? The birds we saw are exactly as drawn by Nicholas Day. So what
were they? They had a long bill, red lores and a little red on the throat,
just a touch, very faint. This was in 2010.
All the best and getting a bit excited about the trip,
Patrick
