A request for list members on Sea-Eagles in the Western Port area of Victoria. I am trying to determine whether Sea-Eagles ever nested at Seal Rocks Phillip Island ... possibly in the late 1970s. Roy Wheeler in his book 'The Birds of Phillip Island' alludes to Sea-Eagles being recorded at this location in November 1977 but provides no definitive information on nesting there.
