Birdline Northern Territory Published sightings for the week ending 9 Nov 2014. Wed 5 Nov Eastern Yellow Wagtail (tschutschensis) Papunya Noticed smallish bird on water's edge at Papunya Sewage Ponds. Has similar flight jizz to Grey Wagtail seen in Alice Springs WTP last year. Took photos. Checked photos with others more knowledgeable in this area. Stated too tall in legs and tail too short for Grey Wagtail, ID as Eastern Yellow Wagtail ssp. tschutschensis.
