Birdline Central & Southern Queensland Published sightings for the week ending 13 Oct 2014. Mon 13 Oct Lesser-crested Tern Buckley's Hole Sandbar, Bribie Island 2 birds David Redhead Grey Plover Toorbul--high tide roost Single bird,partial summer plumage.North of main wader roost. David Redhead Square-tailed Kite Heathwood One adult circling over treetops along Johnston Road at 8:23 this morning. Akos Lumnitzer Sun 12 Oct Asian Dowitcher Toorbul Shorebird Roost One Asian Dowitcher was still present at high tide on Sunday. Also one Terek Sandpiper and two Gull-billed Terns, plus many other shorebirds.
