White-breasted Woodswallows Query

A large flock of White-breasted Woodswallows was sitting on overhead 
power-lines and generally swarming around the adjacent trees by the road out to 
South Moruya Headland today. We were surprised to see them this far south and 
on the coast. Should we have been?
