Published sightings for the week ending 9 Feb 2014.

Fri 7 Feb Asian Dowitcher Roebuck Bay
A total of 91 were counted in a single flock of mixed shorebirds. Not all flock was scanned well so probably a lot more. Its a good number but not that unusual during Feb and March

Willie Wagtail Rotary Park area, Busselton.
A bird with partially leucistic plumage. Had a very faint pale yellow wash on breast and belly. Not as active as normal for this species.

Thu 6 Feb Semi-palmated Plover Broome Sewage Ponds
Same individual thats been recorded here for a few years now. Now starting to show some breeding plumage.
