URGENT SIGNATURES REQUIRED TO PRESERVE THE CHARLES & MOTEE ROGERS BUSHLAND RESERVE AT HIGHFIELDS

        Hi birding-aussers

The petition below concerns a small but important remnant habitat
bequeathed to the local council 20 years ago as a bushland
reserve.   Please help ensure it is left as intended by supporting
Judi Gray's campaign.  Judi herself is a passionate advocate for the
diverse wildlife in the Highfields area (See
http://jarowairourpatch.blogspot.com.au/).  Also a big supporter of
our local birding  club.  We've compiled a preliminary bird list and
will conduct further surveys but would appreciate records from anyone
else who has surveyed this reserve asap.  

        Please sign petition today (20/1) if possible as the Council are
meeting tomorrow to vote on this.
