Dear Ms. Mitchell:

Trevor Quested sent us a copy of the message.

We believe that BirdBase can do what you want. Each day of a multi-day trip
start a new Trip Profile specifying the Date, the Location Code, and a
Description of the location of that day's sightings (such as "Singapore -
Location P"}. Then enter those sightings. To display all the sightings of the
trip, at the Display Menu choose No Limitations but make the Earliest Date
be the first day of the trip and the Latest Date be the last day. If such a
display was chosen for the Galapagos trip sightings demonstrated on our web
site, birdbase.com, it would show all the sightings of the trip, each
labeled with a location and date, and no other sightings.
