Hi all! After all our struggles to get out on a pelagic over the last (is it 8 weeks?!), due to terribly windy weather, the forecast is finally looking good enough to get out this Sunday 8/9/13 off Port Fairy. We need a few extra punters to get out to the shelf though. If it's anything like the Tasmanian Eaglehawk Neck trip last weekend (probable Broad-billed Prion, Sooty Albatross, heaps of Royals, Soft-plumaged, White-headed Petrel, Providence Petrel, Salvin's Albatross etc...etc..), it could be a good one! If you want to participate contact Neil McCumber or call 0413 628 306 to get onto the trip. Judging on how unreliable the weather has been, this may be our last chance to get out for a while!
