serious work documenting as much of the breeding cycle as possible,
and next year if the site is re-used.  Where are the Qld birders on
this (e.g. Sunbird 43: 12-26)?

I have found a pair of Black Falcons nesting in the Lockyer Valley west of
Brisbane. This is a rare species in south-east Queensland with few breeding
records. Other raptors seen included several Spotted Harriers.
