Hi folks, I have signed up for HBW Alive, there is currently an offer where you get the 20Euro registration fee discounted, so you can sign up for 29.95 or 49.95 as a supporting member, the latter being the one with the reference links etc and working out at $63 per annum. It all looks marvellous and having those early volumes up-dated will be great, though the taxonomy looks a tad rusty and they are going with something called the HBW/BirdLife list which seems at this stage distinctly conservative - no Papuan Harrier, no Variable Pitohui splits etc. Maybe it will update as the work continues, let's hope so. I recommend it, a fantastic resource and great fun to troll through Phil Gregory www. cassowary-house.com.au =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
