Bali mystery bird

Soon to leave bali and haven't identified this bird. Someone suggested a 
Plaintive Cuckoo and I was leaning to this until I heard one, and it's much 
like the Brush Cuckoo's call.

However the call does sound like a cuckoo and reading mackinnon I think the 
best match is Rusty breasted Cuckoo

Ps saw the Bali Starling, didn't see any hornbills or Pittas
