Fwd: Laughing Gull at Cairns Esplanade?

Hello All,

I had a quick look this morning as well for the reported Laughing Gull at the 
Cairns Esplanade but to no avail - admittedly my search was only at 3 points 
along the Northern half of it's length...
I will have a more extensive search at sunrise tomorrow & report back...

    I had a morning visit and an after lunch visit to the esplanade
    today

    quite a few silver gulls including a couple of juveniles, mixed up
    with quite a few gull bill and other terns but no sign of anything
    that required closer attention as a possible laughing gull
