Experiences with ozscopes.com.au

I'm currently looking into purchasing my first spotting scope and have been
looking at the website www.ozscopes.com.au. Has anybody had any experience
purchasing from this website? Any other tips on good retail outlets in
Melbourne for spotting scopes and what brands to stick to or stay clear
of would be greatly appreciated.
