Night Parrot and John Young has done it

Quite agree - why is it that people have to be so negative - is it that 
they have failed to find the bird themselves?  I remember the old days 
when any sighting by an amateur was considered unacceptable until a 
professional had confirmed it..... now that's opening another can of worms!
