Had a pleasant surprise this afternoon when I spotted a Radjah Shelduck mingling with the usual crowd of Wood Ducks on the wall of my dam. Presumably, this was the individual that often hangs out in the pub carpark in Bulahdelah. I am about 5km upstream of the pub. Yesterday, (21st Apr), saw a Black-necked (Satin) Stork on a large dam about 1 km from my place.
